Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of use.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) should be included.

You are welcome to open the packaging to inspect your item. However, returned products must remain in new, resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@stmargaretslane.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags (when applicable).
• Gift cards.
• Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such).

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
